INDIVIDUAL TRAINING PLANS
- Best for runners who are comfortable training on their own but would like some guidance on how to train and how to reach their race goals.
- After completing a short questionnaire, we can discuss (over the phone or E-mail), the best type of training plan for you.
- I will create a customized training plan for your race ranging from 8 weeks to 24 weeks.
- Includes use of VDOT platform to track workouts

- Prices start at $80 for an 8 week training plan
ONLINE INDIVIDUAL RUN COACHING
- Best for runners who would like consistent support and feedback throughout training.
- After completing a short questionnaire, we can discuss (over the phone or E-mail) your goals and how to proceed with coaching.
- A customized training plan will be created that will be adjusted based on how your training is progressing. Workouts will be shared in 2 week increments.
- Check-ins will take place every two weeks to review progress, provide feedback, and adjust plans/goals as needed.
- Assistance with race pace strategy and other race day tips.
- Includes use of VDOT platform to track workouts and communicate with coach.
- 25% Discount on InsideTracker
- Prices start at $100 per month
- Supplemental workouts can be added on for an additional $10/month
