The Charles Street 12 is getting so close now! I should probably clarify; when I write these posts I am counting the weeks left of training including the one I am recapping. Postpartum Training: 4 Weeks to the Charles Street 12
The Charles Street 12 is really starting to sneak up on me! I only have 1 more really long run before I cut back for the race. Since this is a shortened training cycle, it's going by really quickly! Another week of training for the Charles Street 12 is complete! And now it is less than a month away. I finally registered for the race this week, so I guess I'm really doing it! This week was similar to last week but instead of speed work I did a hill workout on the treadmill.
