The run that was more painful than the marathon
After a few days off from running, I decided to go back to the gym on Wednesday. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical (torture!) and took a body pump class. On Thursday and Friday, I had nice, easy runs and was feeling great. On Saturday I left for my run with no real plan, just to run what felt good. Baltimore Running Festival 2013 Recap
It's time for my Baltimore Running Festival 2013 Race Recap! Let me start by saying that over the past 3 days there has been a lot of wine consumed. A Quick Race Update
I ran and finished the marathon with a smile on my face (sort of) but didn’t PR or break 4:00. I really enjoyed the first half of the race, but just lost my momentum during the second half.
