This week involved a little running and a lot of nesting. I'm happy to still be getting outside for a some miles a few times a week. A Change of Pace for my Weekly Workouts
This week of workouts looked a little different for me. There was still some running, but not nearly as much as other weeks. Also, I added in some different workouts.
