After a few days off from running, I decided to go back to the gym on Wednesday. I did 20 minutes on the elliptical (torture!) and took a body pump class. A Quick Race Update

I ran and finished the marathon with a smile on my face (sort of) but didn’t PR or break 4:00. I really enjoyed the first half of the race, but just lost my momentum during the second half.
