Finding My Focus In Running and Life

I've mentioned this before, but lately I have just felt like my mind is all over the place. With running, blogging, work, my personal life...I think I just have too many separate things going on and I find it hard to really feel like I've gotten anything accomplished in one area. This week I've been working on finding my focus. It hasn't quite happened yet, but it's a work in progress.

November Goals, DST, and Easing Back Into My Workouts

In November I plan to focus on running less and doing more mobility work and core training. I started out the month with some runs while also adjusting to the end of DST!

Just like that, it's already November. As usual I am wondering where the time has gone. This week I was able to ease back into my workouts after being sick last week, and I also started working on some November goals. Of course this weekend was the end of daylight saving time, which sure does get interesting with a baby! By Monday of last week I was feeling better so I started off the week with some strength training ... Read the Post...

How I Spent My Time When I Wasn’t Working Out Last Week

Not every week will be perfect when it comes to working out. This week I got sick and ended up skipping most of my runs. Instead, I tried to be productive in other ways! #fitness #workouts #life #blogging

Last week was a rough one. I got sick on Tuesday and it lingered until Saturday. There's not much to share about my workouts last week. I got in one strength training session and one run. By the end of the week I decided to just spend the weekend resting and trying to be productive in other ways. So for this week's weekly run down I'll just talk briefly about how I spent my time when I wasn't working out.  You ... Read the Post...
