Postpartum Training: 4 Weeks to the Charles Street 12

Mile by Mile Running

The Charles Street 12 is really starting to sneak up on me! I only have 1 more really long run before I cut back for the race. Since this is a shortened training cycle, it's going by really quickly! I am still feeling good overall. The workouts I have done seem challenging but manageable. Laura has pushed me more than I would have pushed myself, but not too hard. Postpartum Training: 5 Weeks to the Charles Street 12

Mile by Mile Running

Another week of training for the Charles Street 12 is complete! And now it is less than a month away. I finally registered for the race this week, so I guess I'm really doing it! I did one treadmill run just out of convenience, one stroller run, ... Read the Post...

Postpartum Training: 7 Weeks to the Charles Street 12

Mile by Mile Running

It's been awhile, but I am finally starting to train for a race again! I'm planning to run the Charles Street 12 on August 31st. I've been slowly building up my mileage so even though I started "training" this week, it's not like I'm starting from scratch. However, there will only be 7 official weeks of training.  I felt like I needed some help with keeping myself in check so I reach out to Laura to ask her to ... Read the Post...
