This week was all about finding flexibility with my running. Starting on Sunday night, my whole week got thrown off. I ended up not doing any hard workouts, almost all of my runs were with the stroller, and it became an unplanned cutback week. Feeling the Fall Racing Itch
Last week I said that fall was almost in the air. Well now it's officially in the air! We had temps drop into the 40s this weekend which is crazy this early in the season.
