Bob and Brad Foot Massager

I received the Bob and Brad foot massager a few weeks ago. It came in a fairly big box and I was curious just how big it would be! When I took it out I saw that it was big but didn’t take up too much space. It was very simple to get set up. All I had to do was plug it in. I decided to put it under my desk in my home office where I spend alot of my time. One nice feature is that it comes with a remote control so you don’t need to bend down to adjust the settings!

Massager Settings

There are different intensities as well as a heat setting. You can choose from different massage programs and varying intensity levels based on how strong your want the massage to feel. I really liked being able to use the heat and it reminded me a bit of soaking my feet in warm water before a pedicure. (Now if only the massager could give me a pedicure, wouldn’t that be nice!)

How does the Bob and Brad Massager feel?

Well, you’re not going to completely trick me into thinking it’s a professional massage but it does feel really good! When my feet are tired I used to roll them on a lacrosse ball, and this is much better. As I said I keep in under my desk at home. When I am working from home it’s a nice treat to be able to turn it on every once in awhile. I think this will feel really good in the days following my marathon!

Final Thoughts on the Bob and Brad Massager

I thought this massager was a great tool for self-care and relaxation. Some people may find it large and not have anywhere to put it. (I keep my foam rollers in my living room for easy access, but there just isn’t anywhere to store this down there). If you want to be able to use it easily it’s nice to have it stored near somewhere you sit and near an outlet so you can plug it in.

It’s definitely a nice way to get in a relaxing foot rub if you don’t have anyone to do it for you. The heat is a really nice added bonus.

I have a lacrosse ball under my desk too, and I’m rolling my feet as I’m writing this. But a foot massager does sound better!
What marathon are you training for?

I love this foot massager. I also put it under my desk so it’s super convenient to use when I’m working.

Listened to Life of a Showgirl on the treadmill and had some podcasts saved for my outside run but couldn’t get my headphones to connect. This was challenging by the end and I kept thinking how hard it would be if I needed to run another 7 miles today (and all miles at a faster pace) but this is why we train. Feeling like I’m in a good place with 6 weeks to go! How was your run today? #run #marathontraining #longrun

The long runs are getting longer, and I’m slowly feeling like my fitness is building. I can’t believe that by the time October is over I’ll be getting ready to taper for the marathon! Let’s hope October brings lots of good miles and maybe some cooler weather. Was September a good month of running for you? #september #marathontraining #running
