This week of workouts looked a little different for me. There was still some running, but not nearly as much as other weeks. Also, I added in some different workouts. A Fall Snowstorm and Slowing Down
This week we had our first snow of the year on Thursday. This fall snowstorm brought sleet, freezing rain, and about 2 inches of snow.
