This week was all about squeezing in my workouts after my return from Disney. I didn't get in any workouts while I was away, but did do quite a bit of walking.  We had a great trip although the weather was kind of cool for Florida. The best way to describe the weather last week is as "The Big Thaw", which turned out to be only temporary.
