Lately I keep having to remind myself that it's really the middle of May. I guess the cooler weather we had earlier this month made me feel like it was still March. Total Body Bosu Workout
The Bosu is definitely one of my favorite workout tools. It's perfect for standing on while lifting weights, or using for planks or push-ups. I still remember my first time using a Bosu.
