Back to Basics: Weekly Wrap

Mile by Mile Running

After last weekend's race shenanigans I felt all sorts of "off". My foot was bothering me a little, my back was talking to me, and I was exhausted. Combine that with a short and busy week and I knew I needed to take it easy. I decided to go back to basics. What exactly does that mean? It Doesn’t Feel Like May: Recent Random Thoughts

Mile by Mile Running

Lately I keep having to remind myself that it's really the middle of May. I guess the cooler weather we had earlier this month made me feel like it was still March. The year is just flying by so maybe I'm in denial that we are almost halfway through 2017! Tomorrow we head to Cleveland for Rob's marathon. I figured today was a good day to just ramble about what's been going on lately. It's been awhile since I've done ... Read the Post...
