This was the first week of the new strength program that I mentioned last week. I got in a few short runs, 2 days of strength and kept up with daily mobility. The Return of Warmer Weather and Running
This past week brought the return of warmer weather and running. So far even on the warmer days it's still not "hot" when I'm out running in the mornings. I think 65 is the warmest it's been.
