It was another busy week, but I did what I could to get my workouts in. There never seems to be enough time to do all the things I want to do, so I try to prioritize. Month in Review: January 2017
We made it through the first (and longest, in my opinion) month of 2017! Wind, Hills, and Lots of Yoga
I would have to sum up this past week by talking about wind, hills, and yoga. That seemed to be the consistent theme of the week.
