I made it through a full week of no running. And you know what? It wasn't bad at all. If there is ever a time to take a break from running, the end of winter is it. I keep reminding myself how much I will want to be outside running again when spring arrives, and it's better to take time off now than have to do it later. How Much is Too Much?
It was another busy week, but I did what I could to get my workouts in. There never seems to be enough time to do all the things I want to do, so I try to prioritize.
