I'm almost at the one month mark since my foot started hurting. During that time I have run 3 times. I don't have a gym, so my only workouts are what I can do at home. When I was away last month I got to use ellipticals in hotel gyms for 2 days, but other than that I haven't been doing any cardio. A Look Back at June 2016
As I said in Wednesday's post, June went by in a flash and once again I am writing a monthly update and questioning how another month of 2016 has come and gone. June had its ups and downs. I dealt with a foot issue most of the month, but I also ran a PR at the Baltimore 10 miler.
