As I said in Wednesday's post, June went by in a flash and once again I am writing a monthly update and questioning how another month of 2016 has come and gone. June had its ups and downs. I dealt with a foot issue most of the month, but I also ran a PR at the Baltimore 10 miler. Baltimore 10 Miler 2016 Race Recap
When I signed up for the Baltimore 10 Miler back in May, it was still cold and rainy. Then the summer heat and humidity hit full force, and race day was no exception.
