Fruits And Veggies And Weird Eating Habits

Mile by Mile Running

Do you ever pay attention to how many servings of fruits and veggies you eat in a day? I usually don't, but once in a while I like to think about it. For some reason on Sundays I always struggle to eat more than a couple of servings, so Mondays are a good day for me to eat lots of the good stuff. I also know that I was smart about backing off on the miles when my body needed a break, ... Read the Post...

Mile by Mile Running

Since I have no training plan at all right now and I'm pretty much just running whatever I feel like, I've ended up doing short runs more frequently. This has also been giving me opportunities to test out my new Altras. I don't feel like I've had enough time to really decide if I like them or not; so far I think they are just ok. Here's how the week of workouts looked. Weekly Wrap: Lots Of Short ... Read the Post...
