I had high hopes of getting in some good workouts this week before the holidays begin, but stomach bugs and running just don't mix well. So a few unplanned rest days happened. Meal Planning (and Not Much Prep) Week of 12/14-12/20

I’m Really Bad At Being Sick
On Wednesday evening I got hit out of the blue with some kind of nasty stomach bug. Like literally I was fine one minute and then in so much pain that I just had to lay in bed and couldn't move.
