I feel like I have talked about the BRF (Baltimore Running Festival) on here so much that you would have thought it was my goal race. I guess in a way, maybe it was. This was a cut back week for me, since I had a half-marathon on Saturday. I wasn't sure how I wanted to run it, but I knew it wouldn't hurt either way to have a  lighter week of workouts and miles.
