On Saturday, I ran my first 20 miler of this training cycle. I have two on the schedule, so I knew if I didn't get this one in I would be putting a lot of pressure on myself to get the second one in. Philadelphia Marathon Training Week 8
I finished up last week without even realizing that I had made it past the halfway point in my training! So now I have 8 weeks down and 6 to go. It’s weird because 6 weeks still sounds kind of long, but when you factor in the taper that’s not too many more weeks of hard training.
