The title of this post may be a bit misleading. I wasn't running at the beach or really even by the water. I was though, on Maryland's Eastern Shore, where it's nice and flat but just as humid as Baltimore. Mid-June Workouts
How is it already the middle of June? This month is flying by! I feel like this has been a good month of running and I kind of want to freeze time! Usually June is one of my favorite months for running but the past two years have been rough. Month in Review: May 2018
I have to say, I'm kind of glad that May is over! It was such a busy month.
