Month in Review: June 2018
June really flew by, and was maybe my favorite month so far this year. We finally started to have not only warm but also SUNNY weather, especially on the weekends. Running wasn't easy due to the heat but I got almost all of my runs done outside. And I feel like I got into a good routine with running, spinning, strength training, and yoga. Surviving The Heat
This week (or at least weekend) was all about surviving the heat. We had a heat wave with some extreme temperatures here in Baltimore, along with many other areas.
