A Peek Into Cleveland Marathon Training Weeks 5-9

An update on coaching Rob for the Cleveland Marathon, Weeks 5-9.

A few weeks ago I shared that I am coaching Rob for the Cleveland Marathon in May. He has now completed week 9 of training so I thought I would give another update. A Little Bit Goes a Long Way

Mile by Mile Running

This week I was reminded that a little bit goes a long when when you really focus on quality workouts. Almost every day I felt like I was starting my workout later than planned and had to prioritized what I could get done. Looking back on the week, I feel like I still got in a good mix of cardio, strength, and mobility, and was even a little bit sore from my strength workouts.  A Little Bit Goes a Long ...
