This was my first full month of consistent running since June. I ran 3 days a week (never back to back) and got up to 7 miles by the end of the month. I think my total monthly mileage was around 58 miles. Things aren't 100%, but I'm getting there. I still go to PT every week or two but maybe not for much longer.
