Today I am sharing some words of wisdom from my chiropractor, Dr. Blake Kalkstein. I have been seeing Dr. Blake for about a year for adjustments, ART, and rehab exercises. If anyone in the northern Baltimore area is looking for a chiropractor I would definitely recommend him!
