Repeat Races: Consistency to a Fault?

Mile by Mile Running

When I saw that the topic for this week's Tuesdays on the Run was repeat races, I thought it would be fun to look back at some of the races I have run multiple times and see my progression- or lack thereof! Mile by Mile Running

I have a feeling that all of  sudden the heat will hit us, but I am actually sort of excited about it.  I know I always complain when it gets hot, but it's different from my cold-weather or wind complaints. Running may feel harder, but it's still more ... Read the Post...
