Last week was all about doing different types of at-home workouts. I tried out various strength training exercises, pilates, yoga, and barre DVDs/videos. Race Recovery and Thanksgiving Week Things
While there wasn't a whole lot of working out that went on last week, I feel like a lot of stuff happened in the 7 days since I finished the Route 66 Marathon. Plus, it was Thanksgiving week!
