Well I made it through the hardest physical part of the training…the peak weeks, high mileage, and hardest workouts. Unfortunately I can’t say “I’m feeling great and ready for this race!” but I will get to that later in the post. Rock N Roll USA 1/2 Marathon Race Recap
Now that some time has passed since the DC 1/2 marathon, I wanted to share my experience there (even though I wasn’t “racing”!) My day started at 4am. Happy Friday! Has this week felt long to anyone else? I always think that March drags because there are no holidays or school breaks.
