Charles Street 12 2014 Race Recap
On Saturday I ran in the Charles Street 12. Weekly Recap 8/3-8/9
Another week down, which means I’m that much closer to marathon training. My workouts this week were focused on getting some faster miles in earlier in the week to prepare for the Charles St 12 miler, and then a few easy runs so that my legs would be rested for the race. Veggie, Bacon and Egg Frittata
Last week I mentioned that while I was doing my meal prep I tried making a frittata recipe that I created on my own using the ingredients I had been using in my breakfasts. This has been a huge time saver this week. It takes less than a minute to heat up breakfast and there is no cutting up veggies every day or cleaning pans.
