About a month ago my friend Katie started training for her first half-marathon. She will be running in the Baltimore half on October 18th! The BRF was my first half back in 2007 so it brings back memories of not really having any idea of what I was getting myself into! Meal Planning and Prep 8/3/14
Meal planning and prep was back in full force yesterday! It was a non-stop day: 11 mile run, grocery shopping, meal prep, laundry, cleaning, church, and out to dinner.
