After being off last week, this week was all about getting back to reality. It was a busy and tiring week in general, plus a big week in terms of marathon training. Oh, and we also had another heat wave with excessive heat warnings all week! For most of my early morning runs the temps were already in the mid 70s with 95% humidity.
