Enjoying Fall Running While It Lasts

stroller run

We've had a nice stretch of weather around here and I'm just enjoying fall running while it lasts. As much as I love summer, the heat and humidity this year really did me in. I know things are going to get trickier for running with the stroller as it gets colder, so this seems to be the sweet spot for running this year. I've continued to build my mileage and work on my #rundestober run streak. So far it's going well, ... Read the Post...

Building Mileage and October Running Plans

Over the past few months I've been gradually building mileage with my running. In October I hope to complete a virtual 10k, run a 40 mile week, and do a run streak for #rundestober. You can read more about my workouts from last week and my plans for this month in my weekly run down post.

It's hard to believe that it's already October. I think many of us have said this before, but this really has been the fastest and slowest year ever. If you've been following along with my training for this spring/summer you may have seen that I've been very gradually building my mileage. In the spring I was running about 25 miles per week and this week I got up to 38 miles. For many runners this isn't terribly high, but ... Read the Post...

If You Can Read This Bring Me a Cup of Coffee

If you can read this, bring me a cup of coffee. It's been a busy few weeks and coffee is everything right now! Let's catch up over coffee.

Here we are again already, enjoying our fall coffee in October. Time continues to move on as the world just gets stranger and weirder. My mom got me these socks a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I'm either alone or with a toddler most of the time, so no one has actually brought me coffee when I really needed it. October Ultimate Coffee Date: If you can read this bring me a cup of coffee If we were having coffee, I ... Read the Post...
