Fall Runfessions: Where Did Summer Go?

As I share my fall runfessions, I can't help but wonder, where did summer go? Fall arrived quickly and not much happened this summer. Here are my running confessions for this month!

Another month has gone by and it's time for fall runfessions. I can't help but wonder, where did summer go? Sure, we got cooler weather this year much earlier than usual. But also I'm left wondering what exactly I did this summer. There were no vacations, not even any time off work, and we really didn't even go anywhere local. What a weird year! On Monday my morning run was in the mid 70s with 90+% humidity. By Saturday it was 46 degrees. The cooler weather has me feeling the fall racing itch! I doubt I will be doing any in-person races this year, so I guess virtual ones will have to ... Read the Post...

Fall Is Almost In the Air

grayson

It's that time of year when I start to actually feel ready for fall to arrive. Our weather has gone back and forth, with a few cooler day here and here in between some warm and humid days.  This week was no different, but it did remind me that fall is almost in the air. For the first time in months I saw a temperature starting with a 5 when I checked my weather app on Sunday morning! (It was 59 degrees, but with 93% ... Read the Post...
