When I look back on this last week I can't help but note my tired legs and the warm weather. Therefore, it probably wasn't a great week for another virtual race! I can't complain though. I've been asking for warmer weather for months now, and my plan lately has been to focus on strength by lifting heavier (leading to tired legs.). The Double Digits of Quarantine
I am finding it hard to believe that we have made it to the double digits of quarantine. 10 weeks of working from home and not seeing anyone other than my immediate family.
