I think I spent about 2 months saying I couldn't wait for fall, and already it is starting to feel like winter. I am just not ready for cold weather running yet. Especially in the dark. This week the cold temps seemed to arrive unexpectedly. I skipped an outdoor 5 am run in 26 degrees for the treadmill, and was perfectly fine with my decision.
