This week was a bit of struggle with getting back to work after a nice, long break. Luckily it was a short week! It definitely took a few days to get back into the swing of things. Take That, 2016!
Hello and Happy New Year! Last week was quite an end to the year (as far as running goes). I ran 25 miles and managed to hit 90 miles for the month. But most importantly, I finished the year feeling strong and healthy. I really needed that after the year it's been!
