Raleigh Marathon Training Week 13…Taper Begins

Well I made it through the hardest physical part of the training…the peak weeks, high mileage, and hardest workouts. Rock N Roll USA 1/2 Marathon Race Recap

Now that some time has passed since the DC 1/2 marathon, I wanted to share my experience there (even though I wasn’t “racing”!) My day started at 4am.
