I ran and finished the marathon with a smile on my face (sort of) but didn’t PR or break 4:00. I really enjoyed the first half of the race, but just lost my momentum during the second half. Race Week
Race week is here! The marathon is in 2 days, so I thought I would share what has been going on this week along with some of my race goals. BRF Training Week 16…2 more to go!
This was one of those weeks where I really don’t know what I would do without running. It kept me sane throughout a stressful week and was the only consistency I could count on.
