Year in Running 2020
2020 was a year like no other. Somehow, amidst the chaos of the world, this was my best running year in a long time. Starting the December Off-Season
Even though I didn't have typical training cycles this year, I still had some pretty intense periods of training. The winter is a good time to cut back, and this week I decided to back off a bit this month and make it my December off-season.
